As of March 22 2006, Sweden was only one episode behind the original American ABC broadcasts. Sweden showed the episode "Maternity Leave" (season 2, episode 15), while ABC showed the episode "The Whole Truth" (season 2, episode 16). Unfortunately for the Swedish fans, and contrary to popular theory, this was not something that would last. On November 1, TV4 aired "The Glass Ballerina (season 3, episode 2), while ABC aired "The Cost of Living" (season 3, episode 5).
Since then, Swedish televison has managed to stay about 2-3 episodes behind the United States airings, keeping the Swedes relatively up to date with the goings on in the Lost universe.
