The Oceanic Hotline Operator was a character spoken to by Frank Lapidus on the telephone.

After seeing reports of the Oceanic Flight 815 wreckage on the television, Frank called the Oceanic hotline number that he saw at the bottom of the screen. He was answered by the operator. Frank demanded to speak to her supervisor. After finding out Frank was not a family member, the operator asked him what information he wished to share, finding out that Frank believed the corpse of the pilot was not actually Seth Norris. She promptly transferred the call over to her supervisor. ("Confirmed Dead")
