Billy, short for William comes from the Germanic name Wilhelm, which was composed of the elements wil "will, desire" and helm "helmet, protection".
During casting for "The Constant", he was described as "Mid to late 20s, Caucasian, British, a good buddy to have, willingly to listen but won't take too much gruff before he'll knock you in line... Nice co-star. impeccable British accent".[1]
