  • The reversed audio of Room 23 is actually her voice.
  • Was not afraid to die because she knew that the trauma of being shot would send her into some sort of time loop. (Desmond seems to loop through time when he has head trauma.) She has experience with time loops or bilocation; this is why she asked Michael whether Walt had ever appeared where he wasn't supposed to be. The voice in Room 23 spoke contemptuously of space and time, and if that was her voice, it is further evidence that she has some connection to time travel or bilocation.
  • Was at the Flame because she was trying to fix the satellite after communications went down as a result of the Swan explosion.
    • Was at The Flame because she was Mikhail's lover.
  • Perhaps she is still alive. She and Mikhail have a keen awareness of the healing properties of the island. She told Mikhail to shoot her but not to kill her, so she could be healed after the Sayid, Kate, and Locke left.
    • Most likely is dead. When Mikhail told her there was another way, he was probably referring to the fence, which doesn't completely kill someone, unlike a bullet.
  • Based on her dress style, may have been a slave being transported on the Black Rock.
    • All of The Others, at one point, were seen wearing a similar dress style to fool the Losties.
      • According to TLE.. The Black Rock left Papue New Guinea filled with gold heading East. The Black Rock would have had to sail west to trade Gold for Slaves. This points out that the Black Rock was full of Gold, not Slaves when it crashed into the island.
