Baseball Hat is the name given by the episode credits to one of the bank robbers appearing during Kate's flashbacks in episode "Whatever the Case May Be." He threatened Kate with a shotgun before motioning her to the corner with the rest of the hostages. Kate then shot him in the bank vault, though the wound did not appear fatal.
